Terms of Service

By creating an account or using BlinkFlix, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use BlinkFlix, and 18+ for age-gated titles. We verify age before playback of gated content. If your local law sets a higher age of digital consent, that age applies.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Coins unlock episodes and are a one-time consumable. Membership (VIP) grants member benefits such as included unlocks, ad-free viewing, and early access where offered. On the web, VIP is an auto-renewing subscription: it renews automatically for the same period and price until you cancel, and is processed by our payment processor. In the mobile apps, where available, VIP is offered as an auto-renewing subscription processed by the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Membership passes bought earlier on the web were one-time purchases and never auto-renew. See our Membership & Auto-Renewal Terms for details.

Restore purchases

Re-sync previous purchases any time from the Membership page or Settings → Membership.

Subscriptions

On the web, VIP is an auto-renewing subscription that renews until cancelled; manage or cancel it from the Membership page, which takes you to your payment provider’s subscription settings. In the mobile apps, where available, VIP is an auto-renewing subscription managed or cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account. Membership passes bought earlier on the web were one-time purchases: they never auto-renew and simply end when their days run out.

Refunds

For web purchases, contact support@blinkflix.tv; we review duplicate charges, failed delivery, unauthorized transactions, and local consumer-law rights under BlinkFlix’s own refund policy. Where the mobile apps are available, App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded through the store under its rules.

Use BlinkFlix lawfully. Do not copy, scrape, redistribute, or circumvent protections on our content, and do not abuse other users or the service.

Community and user-generated content (comments, reviews, reports) is also governed by our Content Guidelines. You can report or block content and users in the app; we act on reports and remove violating content.

BlinkFlix grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream content for your own enjoyment. Unlocking an episode grants access, not ownership.

You keep ownership of content you post, and grant BlinkFlix a licence to host, display, and moderate it in connection with the service.

You may delete your account any time in Settings; deletion is immediate and permanent, except for records we are required to keep by law (e.g. billing), which are retained but unlinked from you. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

BlinkFlix is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we limit our liability for indirect or incidental loss. Nothing here removes rights you have under local law.

We may update these terms from time to time; we will post the new version here and update the date, and for material changes we will give notice in the app. Continuing to use BlinkFlix after changes take effect means you accept them.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may assign ours to a successor of our business. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any page they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us about the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia (excluding its conflict-of-law rules), and disputes are subject to the competent courts at the place of the operating entity. This choice of law and forum does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights, remedies, or mandatory protections you have under the laws of your state, province, or country of residence.
