Membership Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

BlinkFlix VIP grants member benefits such as included unlocks, ad-free viewing, and early access where offered. VIP is an auto-renewing subscription that continues for successive billing periods until cancelled — on the web, and, where available, in the mobile apps. VIP is separate from coins, which are a one-time consumable used to unlock content. Membership passes bought earlier on the web were one-time purchases for a set number of days: they never auto-renew, are never charged again, and remain valid until their days run out.

Price & period

The plan name, length (monthly or yearly), price, renewal frequency, and whether a trial or introductory offer applies are shown before you confirm purchase, in your device or checkout currency.

When you are charged

Payment is charged to your selected web payment method — or, in the mobile apps where available, to your App Store or Google Play account — at confirmation of purchase and again at the start of each renewal period.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel before the current period ends — in the mobile apps, at least 24 hours before, as the stores require. Membership passes bought earlier on the web do not auto-renew.

Renewal reminders

For web subscriptions, where BlinkFlix is the merchant of record, we send a renewal reminder that includes the product name, billing frequency and amount, and how to cancel. App Store and Google Play may send their own platform notices. Membership passes bought earlier on the web do not renew, so no reminder applies to them.

For web subscriptions, sign in to BlinkFlix on the web and open the Membership page; it takes you to your payment provider’s subscription settings, where you can cancel or turn off automatic renewal. For subscriptions bought in the mobile apps, where available, manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep VIP benefits until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling inside the BlinkFlix app alone does not stop store or web processor billing. Membership passes bought earlier on the web do not auto-renew and need no cancellation — they end when their days run out.

If a free trial or introductory price is offered, its length and terms are shown before you subscribe, and the subscription converts to the standard price at the end of the trial unless cancelled first. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where the store applies this rule. Free trials are not currently offered on the web.

We may change plans, prices, or benefits going forward. We will give advance notice of price changes as required by law or platform rules, including at least 7–30 days where that standard applies, and price changes take effect only on renewal after consent where required. For web purchases, contact support@blinkflix.tv; BlinkFlix reviews refund requests for failed delivery, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, and non-waivable local consumer-law rights. Where the mobile apps are available, App Store and Google Play refunds are handled under platform rules.
