End User License Agreement

The licence under which you use BlinkFlix on Android and the web. Apps obtained through the Apple App Store use Apple’s standard licensed application terms unless a final custom EULA is approved.

!Working draft — these terms are drafted but not yet final. The operating entity is pending registration and this text is under legal review; details may change before launch.
01

Licence grant

For Android and web copies, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use BlinkFlix on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment. We keep all rights not expressly granted.

02

Restrictions

  • Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the app, except where the law permits.
  • Do not resell, rent, sublicense, or circumvent security or content protections.
  • Do not use the app unlawfully or in ways that harm the service or other users.
03

App Store (iOS) terms

For apps obtained through the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement is the intended licence baseline for that copy unless BlinkFlix later publishes a legally approved custom EULA. If Apple’s standard terms and this page conflict for an iOS copy, Apple’s standard terms govern that copy. This page does not limit Apple’s third-party beneficiary rights under its standard terms.

04

Termination

This licence ends if you breach it or stop using the app. On termination you must stop using and remove the app. Provisions that by nature survive (e.g. restrictions, disclaimers) continue.
