Children's Privacy

BlinkFlix is intended for adults and older teens, not for children. This page explains our age policy, neutral age checks, and how parents can reach us.

!Working draft — these terms are drafted but not yet final. The operating entity is pending registration and this text is under legal review; details may change before launch.
01

Our age policy

BlinkFlix is intended for users aged 16 and older, with some titles gated to 18+ before playback. If your local law sets a higher minimum digital age, that age applies.

Where we ask for age, the screen is neutral: it does not encourage a child to choose an older age, and the result is used to decide access and privacy treatment. We do not ask for precise identity documents for ordinary age checks.

02

We do not target children

We do not direct BlinkFlix to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below the minimum age. We do not target marketing to children, build advertising profiles of children, or knowingly serve personalized ads to users below the applicable minimum age. Rewarded ads are requested as non-personalized where supported.

If BlinkFlix were treated as a mixed-audience service in a market, the neutral age screen is the first line of defence before collecting more personal information from under-age users.
03

Information for parents

If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact privacy@blinkflix.tv and we will verify, delete, or restrict it as required. Parents and guardians can also use device-level parental controls, screen-time settings, App Store / Google Play family controls, and in-product reporting tools to manage access.
