How to delete your account
- In the app: open Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm.
- On the web: sign in and open the account deletion page, then confirm.
- If you cannot sign in, email dsr@blinkflix.tv from your registered address and we will verify and process your request.

What is deleted
Your account identity is anonymised and your personal activity is removed — including your profile (display name, avatar), favorites, watch history, likes, and your posted reviews and comments.

What we must keep
Records we are required to keep by law — such as payment, transaction, and tax records — are retained for the legally required period, but are unlinked from your identity (personal details removed or replaced). See our Privacy Policy → Data retention.

Timing & irreversibility
Deletion takes effect immediately and is permanent. Your account and data cannot be recovered afterwards, and any remaining coins or membership benefits are forfeited.
